Requirements: hands free telephone- either a speaker phone or headset, in a quiet location where you will not be disturbed, a comfortable
chair or sofa in which to sit up straight. No alcohol consumption for 24 hours, no recreational drug use for 2 weeks

This 90 minute workshop will give you full instruction in the practice of meditation. The practice is based on a contemplative approach
to the Christian prayer known as The Our Father or the Lords Prayer. See the article the Our Father, the Inner Sacrament for more
in-depth explanation. This meditation practice will work regardless of religious or philosophical background. An intellectual acceptance
of a particular religious dogma is not required. Devout Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists and even atheists can benefit from the
practice.

2) Developing a Spiritual Infrastructure- available to your group at your location

A multi-hour workshop to fit your groups’ needs: given over the weekend, during the week or in the evenings, this workshop includes the meditation workshop as well as a number of time tested strategies for individual and group spiritual development. Fee: $500 plus travel
expenses.
